my other blog on how to "like" or "recommend" my post on Facebook. This is a great way for my readers who are Facebook citizens to easily share what they like on my blog with their Facebook friends.  Though there are many free tutorials that can be found  on the web, a not-so-techie like me must still learn via trial-and-error.So what else can one do except google my way through?

Basically here's the thing to do:

1. Sign in to your Blogger account. Go to Design tab --> Edit HTML.
2. Make sure that you tick the Expand Widget Templates
3. Reminder: Don't forget to back up/save your current template.
4. If you like to put the widget after your every post look for data:post.body tag and paste immediately after that the following code:

Other Customization:

• To get the widget on your homepage, just remove the b:if condition in the code.
• To change the  tyle of your button to compliment the look of your blog, look for the these part -f the widget code:

  1. to change to "recommend", look for action=like the part in the widget code

  2. edit layout=standard to button_count if you want the more compact button

  3. change colorscheme=light to dark or evil

  4. change to true the code show_faces=false if you want the profile pictures 

     of your readers to show

  5. Edit font=arial to change the widget font to  

  lucida+grande
  
  segoe+ui
  
  tahoma
  
  trebuchet+ms
  
  verdana
